1. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for a refund or for an exchange by another product with the same or higher price.

2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with the seal unbroken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. The costs of the return will be supported by the Customer.
5. Emblazer reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, which have been washed or transformed in any way.
6. The User should note that if the return has been made for reasons other than the existence of justified defects or non-conformity of the products ordered, Emblazer will not make the reimbursement of the shipping costs. Therefore, Emblazer will not reimburse the cost of delivery initially supported by the customer for the respective order.
7. Follow the return procedure by sending an email to care@emblazer.com with: – Email Subject : RETURN_YOURORDERNUMBER; – Text Email: Reason of the return – Specify: REFUND or EXCHANGE* *In case of an exchange, you must indicate the model reference that you pretend according to the ones that are available on our shop section. – Attachment: Picture of the product.
8. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
9. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved: – Refund: you´ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. – Exchange: we will confirm you about the availability of the new product that you pretend exchange to and send you back to the initial order address.
10. Exceptions / non-returnable items: unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
